Dennis Wise

English midfielder Dennis Wise began his career at Southampton in 1983 and moved to Wimbledon in 1985 making 135 appearances in 5 years for the “crazy gang” and winning the FA cup final in 1988 against Liverpool. In 1990 he signed for Chelsea for a fee of £1.6M. Wise is known for his passion, commitment and temperament, the latter resulting in multiple suspensions for on-field and off-field behaviour. In 11 years, Wise played 332 games for Chelsea scoring 53 goals. Wise was sold by Ranieri to Leicester towards the end of his career.
